V for VPN
Please read these terms carefully before using V for VPN. By using the service you agree to be bound by them. Last updated 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the V for VPN service, software applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and V for VPN with respect to your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
By downloading, installing, or using any part of the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the team that develops and operates V for VPN on BIM VPN infrastructure. This agreement is effective as of the date you first use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
V for VPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through servers operated on BIM VPN infrastructure, allowing you to access the internet more privately and securely. The Service is available on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
The system includes client software installed on your device, a network of servers across multiple geographic and jurisdictional locations, encryption and tunnelling protocols that secure your traffic in transit, and a subscription management system that validates your access. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided for lawful personal and business use only. You agree to use it only for purposes permitted by these Terms and any applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Responsibility for local laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country or region. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or legally available everywhere. You use the Service at your own risk and on your own initiative.
Violations result in termination. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice or liability, if we determine you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
Software licence. The software is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis solely for use with the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Coverage and speeds may vary. Availability, performance, and speed depend on your ISP, device, location, and network conditions. We do not guarantee any specific connection speed, latency, or availability of particular server locations.
Service may be interrupted. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
No logging of user activity. We do not log, monitor, or retain records of your online activity, the websites you visit, the content you access, or the communications you transmit while using the Service. We maintain a strict no-logs policy.
No censorship. We do not censor, filter, or restrict the content you can access, except as strictly required by applicable law. We believe in open access to information.
No sharing with third parties. We will not voluntarily share your usage data, connection logs, or personal information with third parties, law enforcement, or government entities except where required by a valid legal order from a court of competent jurisdiction.
In no event shall V for VPN, its operators, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the application or by email if you have provided one. The most current version is always available at vforvpn.is/terms.html.
V for VPN was built on a firm belief in privacy, online security, and the freedom of access to information. For many of our users, a reliable and private internet connection is not a luxury but a necessity for their work, communication, and daily life.
We are committed to operating the Service in a way that respects your privacy and upholds your digital rights. We will never compromise on our no-logs policy, and we will always resist any demand to surveil our users unless absolutely compelled by a valid legal order. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out — we read every message.
